HARA PULAO

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup basmati rice

¼ cup cauliflower (cut into small pieces)

¼ cup green peas

¼ cup green beans

200 grams thinly sliced potatoes

2 sticks cinnamon

2-3 clove 6-8 black pepper

Bay leaves 2-3

5-6 green cardamom

2 thinly sliced onions

3-4 thinly sliced green chili

¼ cup desi ghee

1 tsp garam masala powder

Salt to taste

¼ cup green coriander leaves

3-4 green chilies, Grinded to paste

1”x2 ginger}

METHOD:

1 Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan, add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and sauté it add thinly sliced onions, green chilies and fry till pink. Keep this aside.

2 Add the remaining oil and fry all the vegetables, add paste of coriander leaves, green chili and ginger to it, now add the fried onions, garam masala and salt. Stir cook for some time

3 Add washed rice and water (slightly more than 2 cups). Cook on medium heat.

4. Green spicy pulao is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.
