Remind yourself daily that there is no way to happiness;
Rather, happiness is the way
Be creative ---- in your thoughts, in your feelings and in all your actions
Apply your own uniqueness to everything that you undertake.
Come to grips with radical concept of “enough is enough”
Perhaps the above quoted lines by “Dr Wayne W. Dyer” inspired me to write this book, other wise the reader may ask when there are hundreds of such book already available in the book stalls then why another book on cooking ?
I must say few things about me;
I am a retired person of 72 + yrs of age, I retired as chief Engineer Water Resources Department, government of Bihar and Jharkhand. Throughout in my service career I was engaged in construction work using cement, steel and stones etc. After my retirement, my hobby of cooking became a passion for me, since the nature and character of cooking is constructive , I started enjoying my constructing nature in cooking, this time with spices, oil, sauces, vegetables, mutton, chicken and many more ingredients
I started recreating my love for food and kept learning, experimenting, and making all kind of food in my kitchen, in fact I developed passion for cooking. It was really a “JUNOON” When I started getting appreciation from my friends and relatives for the dishes I prepared, I was very satisfied person and at time, I was excited too, I started believing in my self, it gave me inspiration and the real strength that I should pen down what I have learned, and the fruit is in the shape of this book,
One may ask, what is new about this book? “this book is almost a complete book on cooking using all the great Indian spices regularly used while making our food; the wise reader will find all kind of popular dishes now days cooked in our Indian kitchen, at the same time It is very hand full with the information you may get about tips on cooking, Body Mass Index (B.M.I.) and calories intake etc. I strongly recommend this book for every person who love cooking, and also for those who want to learn
At last, I shall like to conclude by quoting the following lines for the benefit of my readers
“Progress is impossible without change;
And those who can not change their minds; they can not change any thing”
